- Everyone has spam blockers and virus protection on their computers these days. Because the ebook is a large portable document file (.pdf), sometimes these programs on the customer's computer will not allowed the ebook attachment to be delivered using a instant deliver script. The ebook may appear in ASCHII text or not at all.
- The email may have gone to your Junk Mail folder instead of your inbox.
- Make sure your email address is up to date and correct in your Paypal account before purchasing the ebooks
- When using Mail Retrieval programs on you computer such as Mac Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird or Netscape 7.1 and up, you may have to go to your Toolbar, select View and Uncheck "Display Attachments Inline". If you have problems opening the ebook attachment and you are using Outlook Express, the email program may have blocked you from opening the attachment. Click on Tool, Options, Security and UNCLICK "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." You can reset this after you open the ebook. If these setting are not changed before purchase, your ebook will probably deliver in an ASCHII text. It is best to check your mailbox on the email providers server instead of using an email retrieval program. Example if you use Hotmail, go to the Hotmail website and login to your mail with your email address and password. The ebook is a large attachment and may not download from your online mailbox to Outlook Express because of blocked preferences. Even small junk mail can cause this to happen.
- Make sure your email box is empty, which just means all the mail in your inbox should be marked as read. If your mailbox is full, the email with the attachment will bounce back. - Open the ebook using Adobe Reader 5.0 or higher. An earlier version of the Adobe Reader may not show the pictures or part of the text.
- When downloading the ebooks from the website, make sure you type the passwords exactly with no spaces in front of the typing. Turn off all Pop Up Blockers to allow the Adobe Reader to open online. Save the ebook in your documents or on your desktop.
