5 gallon paint bucket
5 Horizonal 1 inch blinds 6 feet long
Ice Pick
Screwdriver
18 Screws
Plastic grocery bags
Masking tape

1. Place the end of one horizonal blind curved side down at the edge of the paint bucket. Poke a hole in the blind and the bucket. Screw the blind to the bucket.
2. Wrap the blind around the bucket leaving 1/8 inch between the first row. Poke a hole in the blind and the bucket and secure with a screw. Wrap the remaining part of the blind around the bucket. Lap the end of another blink on top of the first blind. Poke a hole in both blinds and the bucket. Secure with a screw.
3. Continue wrapping and securing the blinds to the bucket. Pokes holes in the blinds on the opposite side of the bucket to insure the slats do not move.
4. Using a rotary cutter, cut the end and the handles off a plastic grocery bag.
5. Pull the plastic bag over the bucket. Lightly tape the plastic to the bucket in several place. Fold the bag to take up the slack.
6. Fit the rotary cutter between the blind slates and cut the plastic bag into one long strip.
